What you'll need to succeed

• 5+ years of UX/CX design experience, ideally in healthcare or simulation.
• Strong background in UI and design systems (Figma proficiency is a plus).
• Experience with mobile-first and responsive design.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Passion for improving healthcare education through technology.
