We’re looking for an experiencedEnvironments Managerto ensure the stability, availability, and performance of Test, pre-production, and Production environments. Your new role

Manage and maintain multiple environments (test, pre-production, production) to ensure optimal performance and reliability
Own and maintain environment documentation (architecture, specifications, connectivity, IP/VLAN allocation) with strict version control
Enforce best practices in configuration management, version control, and change management
Coordinate with development, QA, and operations teams for environment updates and deployments
Lead capacity management and forward planning for platform growth
Serve as the primary contact for customer environment planning alongside account management
Plan and execute environment refreshes, upgrades, and migrations
Ensure compliance with security standards and coordinate patching with InfoSec teams
Provide guidance to team members on environment-related issues and best practices
Stay current with trends and advancements in environment management technologies

What you'll need to succeed

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
5+ years of experience managing test, staging, and production environments
Strong knowledge of infrastructure security and compliance standards
Experience with cloud-based technologies (e.g. VMware vSphere, RedHat OpenShift, AWS)
Solid understanding of networking (Layer 2, 3, and 4 principles)
Familiarity with DevOps tools and practices
Expertise in environment management tools and methodologies
Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills
Fluent English
