Our partner in the banking sector is looking for IT System Organisers to join their team. Our partner is seeking at least a mid-level colleague with experience in the banking/financial sector, preferably with previous experience in securities account management systems.
Your new role
- Assessing and analysing requirements (functional and non-functional), developing IT specifications (system design).
- Participating in the development of user stories, incorporating the company's IT system design aspects.
- Modelling IT processes using process modeling tools (e.g., Visio, CAMUNDA, EA, etc.).
- Assessing related applications, aligning requirements with system operations in close cooperation with the program's JAVA and interface development colleagues.
- Participating in system parameterisation tasks to understand operations and DB design.
- Adhering to and enforcing program-level DOR/DOD expectations.
- Segmenting requirements into smaller tasks, proposing scheduling (depending on seniority).
- Performing DB-side modifications related to the application.
- Actively participating in testing (primarily running IT integration and performance tests, supporting developer tests, and performing defect manager tasks based on seniority).
- Troubleshooting and supporting system development issues.
- Supporting tasks related to new version releases.
What you'll need to succeed
- Basic SQL and DB knowledge.
- Knowledge of various technologies required for application development: REST, SOAP, XML, JSON (depending on seniority).
- Supervising and mentoring colleagues (depending on seniority).
- Preparing and maintaining system designs for development tasks.
- Proactivity and timely escalation primarily towards the CL.
Requirements:
- Higher education degree in IT or finance.
- Knowledge of IT systems (at least 2–3 years of experience in design and development projects).
- Reliable organizational and good communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate in a team.
- Good learning ability and interest in the (business) field.
- SQL language and basic database knowledge, strong IT orientation.
- Active intermediate (B2) level English proficiency.
