In this role, you will be responsible for providing second-line technical support to end users, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and service requests.
As a 2nd level IT Support Specialist, you will:
- Manage user access rights and permissions across various systems.
- Handle user account creation, modification, and deactivation.
- Log, track, and update tickets in the ITSM system.
- Escalate complex incidents and unresolved issues to Level 3 (L3) support teams.
- Support data load processes and ensure data integrity.
What you will need to succeed:
- Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
- 3 years of experience in IT support or helpdesk environments.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Problem-solving mindset and customer-oriented approach.
- Proactive attitude and a strong desire to learn and grow.
- Previous experience in a Shared Service Center environment is an advantage.
