German speaking Service Desk Specialist

Your new company:

Our pharmaceutical partner, who operates a Shared Service Center in Budapest, is currently looking for a German speaking Service Desk representative to it's currently expanding IT desk.

Your new role:

- Provide centralised first level IT advice and support to employees of the company
- Be a single point of contact for end users, using phone, chat, mail platforms
- Undertake ad-hoc projects, migration, automation processes as agreed with the Management team on behalf of the Service Support Centre that may involve site visits, customer meetings or vendor management.
- Completion of administrative tasks
- Take ownership of and progress incidents/requests to resolution/completion
- Be able to work under pressure, to work in a team and to support team members

What you'll need to succeed:

Fluent English and German language knowledge
Professional experience in helpdesk is preferred but not essential
University/College degree is preferred but not essential
Strong problem solving and communication skills
IT oriented, ambitious, dynamic personality
