Experienced Payroll Operations & Accounting Professional position is open at our American multinational partner who is one of the largest energy companies in the world. They are committed to addressing the dual challenge facing society today: to meet the world’s growing demand for energy while reducing environmental impacts, including the risk of climate change.

Your new role:

• Support the Hungarian region in all kind of payroll processes
• Work with Payroll Vendor, HR, Law, Tax and external consultants
• HR related procurement activities (invoice, PR requests)
• Managing WP process
• Fulfill all reporting requirements
• Participation in system changes

What you'll need to succeed

• University degree in relevant field
• 1 year of experience in payroll, HR operations or payroll accounting.
• Fluent English knowledge is required
• Strong analytical, customer focus and problem solving skills are essential to fill the role.
• Work experience in project & change management or payroll transformation is an advantage.
