Job Description
In our team we ensure the digitalization of global transport volume. With your contribution we roll-out and setup a newly developed transport management system for our plants around the world.
With your help, we ensure a smoothness system usage for our daily operation teams in all continents. For this a strong alignment with all stakeholders along the transport chain is mandatory.
Key activities will be:
► Professional management of a team with 10-12 people
► Support for hiring and group competence management build-up
► Setting and coordinating tasks within the team, supporting employees in their own professional development
► Coordinate implementation related activities with all stakeholders, ensure the system ready to use status according rollout timeline
► Reporting of performance, productivity and KPIs regularly & on demand
► Drive implementation related process improvement projects via cross functional departments
► Proxying group leader (internally and externally)
Qualifications
What distinguishes you:
► University degree in Economics or comparable field and people management experience (2-3 years)
► Good organizational and leading skills, confident, self-initiative and assertive personality
► Analytical but also creative thinking, highly motivated to develop, coordinate and implement new concepts and processes
► Ability to quickly understand complex systems, advanced Excel knowledge, precise and target oriented
► High customer-orientation, outstanding networking and cooperation skills, strong communication skills with structural way of thinking
► Flexibility to adapt rapidly changing environment and able to work under pressure
► Experience with process implementation in Transport Management System, SAP knowledge and experience in international work environment is an advantage
► Fluent English and Hungarian knowledge, German is an advantage
