Job Purpose

Sales Support Europe provides administrative services for the European offices in the area of sales order processing, commercial investment, master data, reporting, e-tization, logistics.

Execution of sales support processes in SAP and several systems. Main competencies are the analytical skills, communication, service focus and teamwork. The specialist is required to be precise, focused and reliable, efficient in time management and respect the SLA (service level agreement) with our customers.

Permanent communication in written and sometimes orally with our internal and external customers.

Key Responsibilities & Scope for Decision Making

• Executing defined procedures and processes in scope
• Ensuring delivery of agreed service levels by Platform team
• Supporting team members
• Performing other activities as requested by Managers

Qualifications & Experience

• High School Diploma or University Degree is a nice to have
• Good knowledge of spoken and written English and German
• Precise and focused when delivering a task
• Reliable and committed to complete assigned duties
• Responsibility and quality orientation by maintaining service level
• Ability to learn quickly complex systems and processes
