German-speaking Customer Experience Representative position is open at our multinational client, who is operating in Budapest.

Your new role

• Managing the relationship with customers, partners and rental stations via phone (mostly outbound calls) and email
• Handles offline queries to ensure customer’s satisfaction
• Solving the problems of customers arise connecting with rentals
• Providing appropriate information and excellent customer service support and answering inquiries
• To respond to all Social Media posts
• Contributing to recognize the opportunities for improving processes

What you'll need to succeed

• Fluent German and English language knowledge
• High school education (University or College degree is an advantage)
• Excellent communication and problem solving skills
• Basic computer and MS Excel skill
• Multitasking skills
• High-level of customer-focused mindset
• Relevant experience can be an advantage
