Our partner, who a professional services firm, providing Assurance, Consulting, Strategy and Transactions, Tax services, is looking for a Manager in Business Transformation - Government and Public Sector!
Your new position
As a Manager, your key responsibilities will be:
• Being responsible for both the strategic as well as the tactic side of design and implementation
• Lead proposals and the creation of tailored offerings and take them successfully to clients
• Manage client relationships
• Manage the end-to-end project delivery with a major focus on consulting projects in the field of government and public sector
• Supervise market, strategy and operational assessments (including structured data analysis, process observations) and ensure high quality delivery on time to our clients
• Develop, motivate and coach the project team and identify business opportunities by developing ideas
What you need for the success
To fill this position you need at least 6 years work experience in project environment in government and public sector, business & process improvement. BSc or MSc Degree preferably in the field of Economics / Social Science / Political Science. Outstanding communication & presentation skills in Hungarian and English. Advanced user level in MS Office tools.
