Our well-established and successfully operating multinational partner is expanding its operation and looking for AP Operations Analyst with French language skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process Vendor invoices and payments accurately in timely manner
• Responsible for follow up on payment transactions to suppliers and execution of urgent payments with ensured controls
• Complete weekly payment runs and ad-hoc manual payments as required
• Assists in month end closing activities.
• Communicate effectively to both suppliers & employees on all ongoing queries
• Participation in migrations or system implementations

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Relevant knowledge from procurement practices in relation to Procure to Pay and Accounts Payable
• fluent English and basic French knowledge
• MS Office skills especially Excel
• SAP knowledge is an advantage
• eager to work in a multicultural
