Medior Full Stack Developer - RPO

FULL STACK DEVELOPER WANTED
Position: PT&I Backend Developer (Java, Spring Boot)

Experience Required:
  • 4+ years in IT industry, covering all phases of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring JPA, Microservices, and SQL.
  • Experience with databases like SQL, MySQL, and MongoDB (NoSQL), using JDBC, Hibernate, and Spring JPA.
  • Familiarity with testing tools such as Junit and Mockito.
  • Skilled in using MAVEN.
  • Implemented REST APIs and web applications.
  • Knowledge of source code repositories like GIT.
Education: 4-5 years in Computer Science or related field.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain backend applications using Java 17.
  • Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines, with a focus on Azure Cloud.
  • Engage in DevOps practices, including pipeline construction.
  • Refactor architecture to improve application response time to 2-3 seconds.
  • Handle a platform with 40 customers, ensuring efficient data API management.
Nice to Have:
  • Experience with Angular and JavaScript (90% Java focus).
Product:
  • Responsible for API and employee data platform, ensuring integration with other interfaces.
  • Platform architecture involves vanilla Java and microservices, with no legacy systems.
Team Composition:
  • 5 developers, 1 Product Owner, 1 Scrum Master, Business Analysts.
  • Agile practices and cloud-based solutions.
Product Team:
  • Builds APIs/events to expose data to many consumers.
  • Ensures consumers stay decoupled from source systems through layered architecture.
  • Team size: around 10 people, following agile practices.
This position offers a lot of challenges, especially in refactoring and improving the architecture for better performance. The platform is highly sought after, with many customers wanting to be part of it. The team is agile and cloud-focused, providing a dynamic and collaborative work environment.
