Our candidate has graduated in Philosophy, focusing on cognitive science. His educational background still supports him in his work as a UX designer.
His UX career started intensely in 2006. His firm at that time developed software and mobile solutions for banking clients. He took an intense UX course in London at Nielsen Norman Group. He was dealing with web-based banking softwares, financial products, created analysis, designed products, created functional specifications and made logical system designs.
When the crisis hit the banking sector he continued his career as a consultant at an international bank on a 1,5 year long project. The product was a desktop based credit management system for internal usage for the employees of the bank.
After the project ended, he moved to the agency side. He became Head of Development (team of 8) for the web development division. He was in contact with the clients, made proposals and specifications. His biggest project was at an FMCG firm where a complete web and mobile application design was delivered to the client, their work was awarded as well. He left the firm due to the workload intensity, 2 people took over his role later on.
Currently he works on-site at a TelCo company on a testing software project for internal and external clients. He is open to new opportunities as he works on the same product in the last 1,5 years and he would like to deal with a more diverse portfolio of products.
